You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to enrol in a Tensora programme.

3. Programme Description

Tensora offers online AI development education through three structured programmes delivered via live sessions, guided exercises, mentor feedback, and session recordings. Programme details, durations, and fees are described on our website and are subject to change before enrolment is confirmed.

4. Enrolment

Enrolment in a Tensora programme is confirmed only after:

Tensora may decline an enrolment application at its discretion, including where the applicant's background is not suited to the programme level requested. In such cases, any fees paid will be refunded in full.

As a learner, you agree to:

6. Intellectual Property

All programme content, including session materials, exercise files, and recordings, is owned by Tensora or its licensors. Enrolment grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own learning during and after the programme period.

The code and projects you produce during a programme are your own work. Tensora does not claim ownership of learner-created projects.

7. Payment Terms

Programme fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are as follows:

Payment is due before the programme start date unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing with Tensora. Instalment terms are confirmed individually during the enrolment process.

Refund requests made more than 7 days after the programme start date will not be considered. Refund requests made before or within 7 days of the start date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
