1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- "Tensora", "we", "us", "our" — Tensora, an AI development online school operating from 18, Jalan Molek, Taman Molek, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.
- "Programme" — any structured learning programme offered by Tensora, including the AI Foundations Programme, Machine Learning Engineering Track, and Advanced AI Development & Deployment Programme.
- "Learner", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses our website or enrols in a Tensora programme.
- "Website" — the Tensora website accessible at tensorag.live and all associated pages.
- "Content" — all materials, session recordings, exercises, and learning resources provided through a programme.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or submitting an enrolment enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or enrol in any programme.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to enrol in a Tensora programme.
3. Programme Description
Tensora offers online AI development education through three structured programmes delivered via live sessions, guided exercises, mentor feedback, and session recordings. Programme details, durations, and fees are described on our website and are subject to change before enrolment is confirmed.
Tensora reserves the right to modify programme content, session schedules, and delivery format where necessary, with reasonable advance notice to enrolled learners.
4. Enrolment
Enrolment in a Tensora programme is confirmed only after:
- Tensora has reviewed your enrolment enquiry and confirmed your place in writing.
- Payment of the programme fee (or agreed instalment) has been received.
Tensora may decline an enrolment application at its discretion, including where the applicant's background is not suited to the programme level requested. In such cases, any fees paid will be refunded in full.
5. Learner Responsibilities
As a learner, you agree to:
- Participate in sessions and submit exercises in good faith and with your own work.
- Treat mentors and fellow learners with respect in all communications.
- Not share programme content, session recordings, or exercise materials with individuals who are not enrolled in the same programme.
- Use any datasets or materials provided in the programme for learning purposes only, not for commercial use.
- Not use our website or communications for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All programme content, including session materials, exercise files, and recordings, is owned by Tensora or its licensors. Enrolment grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own learning during and after the programme period.
The code and projects you produce during a programme are your own work. Tensora does not claim ownership of learner-created projects.
7. Payment Terms
Programme fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are as follows:
- AI Foundations Programme: RM 640
- Machine Learning Engineering Track: RM 2,500
- Advanced AI Development & Deployment Programme: RM 4,450
Payment is due before the programme start date unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing with Tensora. Instalment terms are confirmed individually during the enrolment process.
Refund requests made more than 7 days after the programme start date will not be considered. Refund requests made before or within 7 days of the start date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Disclaimers
Tensora's programmes are educational in nature. We do not make representations about specific employment outcomes, salary changes, or external recognition of any kind as a result of completing a programme.
Our website and content are provided "as is". While we take care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding completeness or fitness for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Tensora's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or participation in a programme is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant programme.
Tensora is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of income, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10. Termination
Tensora may remove a learner from a programme without refund if the learner engages in conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, after a reasonable warning has been given.
A learner may withdraw from a programme at any time. Refund eligibility is as described under Payment Terms (Section 7).
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
We encourage informal resolution of disputes in the first instance. Contact us at [email protected] and we will aim to resolve the matter within 14 days.
12. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Tensora regarding use of our website and programmes.
- Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- No waiver: Failure by Tensora to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in future.
- Updates: We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued enrolment or website use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
